This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use governs your access to and use of FastNSafeStore.com, including all digital gaming services, virtual game-related products, in-game currency services, account progression services, item delivery services, account services, top-up services, boosting services, order chat, support tickets, refunded balance, reviews, checkout, and related website features.
By accessing FastNSafeStore, creating an account, placing an order, using checkout, submitting a support ticket, sending order chat messages, requesting cancellation, using refunded balance, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

All products and services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery may occur through in-game transfer, account-based delivery, manual staff delivery, support chat instructions, or another digital delivery method described on the product page, checkout page, or order page.
FastNSafeStore is an independent digital service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to any game publisher, game developer, platform owner, console provider, store provider, or brand unless explicitly stated.
All game names, logos, trademarks, platform names, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are allowed to use FastNSafeStore under the laws of your location and the rules of the relevant game, platform, marketplace, payment provider, or account service.
You are responsible for keeping your FastNSafeStore account, email account, game account, platform account, and payment method secure. You must not share your FastNSafeStore account with unauthorized persons or use another person's account without permission.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, placing an order, selecting a platform or launcher, entering a game username, sending delivery notes, responding to staff, or requesting support.
FastNSafeStore is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, wrong delivery, order holds, or cancellation caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or late information provided by the customer.
Some services may require temporary access to your game account, platform account, launcher account, or related account information. If login access is required, this may be stated on the product page, checkout page, order page, support chat, or staff instructions.
By providing account access information, session information, verification information, or delivery credentials, you authorize FastNSafeStore to access the account only for the purpose of completing the purchased service, performing delivery, verifying order information, or providing support related to that order.
You should not log into the account, change credentials, interfere with delivery, start conflicting activities, or modify game/account settings during active delivery unless FastNSafeStore instructs you to do so. Doing so may delay or prevent delivery.
Placing an order does not guarantee immediate delivery. Orders may be reviewed manually before processing begins. FastNSafeStore may hold, delay, request additional information, request verification, or cancel an order if needed for payment review, fraud prevention, stock availability, delivery feasibility, platform restrictions, customer safety, or policy compliance.
Order statuses may include pending, processing, waiting customer, cancel requested, delivered, completed, cancelled, or similar statuses. These statuses are used for internal workflow, customer communication, support, and delivery tracking.
When FastNSafeStore believes delivery has been completed, the order may be marked as delivered. You are responsible for reviewing the delivered product or service and informing us promptly if there is a genuine issue.
After reviewing the delivery, you may be asked to mark the order as completed. Once an order is completed, it may become eligible for customer review. Completed orders are generally considered fulfilled unless a clear delivery issue is reported and verified.
Eligible completed orders may allow you to submit a public review, rating, or comment. By submitting a review, you allow FastNSafeStore to display, store, moderate, and use that review on product pages, offer pages, the home page, marketing areas, or other parts of the website.
Reviews may display a masked version of your username. You must not include private account information, payment information, personal data, abusive language, false claims, or unrelated content in reviews. FastNSafeStore may remove or hide reviews that violate our policies.
Prices, packages, stock, delivery times, service details, available platforms, launchers, quantities, and product descriptions may change at any time. We try to keep product information accurate, but errors, stock changes, platform changes, game updates, and delivery limitations may occur.
If a product cannot be delivered as described, FastNSafeStore may offer an alternative, ask for updated information, hold the order, cancel the order, or provide refunded balance where appropriate under this Agreement.
Payment methods may include Crypto | USDT, Credit Card, Refunded Balance, or other methods added in the future. Payment methods may be changed, removed, limited, manually reviewed, or routed through third-party providers at any time.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, blockchain/network fees, payment provider fees, or other charges that may apply.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card payments, where available, are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms, privacy policies, and risk rules.
FastNSafeStore may provide a Refunded Balance feature. Refunded Balance is an internal store credit balance that can be used for future purchases on FastNSafeStore. It is not a bank account, cash wallet, cryptocurrency wallet, stored payment card, or external financial account.
Amounts paid to FastNSafeStore are generally not refundable back to the original payment method and are generally not withdrawable as cash, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or external payment unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by FastNSafeStore.
If an order is approved for cancellation, refund review, duplicate payment correction, or store credit adjustment, FastNSafeStore may add the value to the user's Refunded Balance so it can be used for other eligible products or services on FastNSafeStore.
Refunded Balance may be manually adjusted by authorized admins, used during checkout, reduced when used for purchases, and reviewed for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, mistaken credits, or policy violations.
Customers may be able to submit a cancellation request before delivery begins or before the order reaches a non-cancellable stage. A cancellation request is not an automatic cancellation and does not guarantee a refund, refunded balance, or reversal of payment.
You may be asked to select a reason such as not wanting to share account information, not feeling safe, wrong product, ordering by mistake, or another reason. FastNSafeStore may review the reason, payment status, order status, delivery progress, staff work already performed, stock usage, fraud risk, and customer communication before making a decision.
If FastNSafeStore approves a cancellation for a paid order, the eligible amount may be added to Refunded Balance instead of being returned to the original payment method, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Because our products and services are digital, completed orders, delivered orders, actively processed orders, account services already started, consumed virtual items, delivered currency, completed boosting, and custom digital work are generally non-refundable.
Refunds or refunded balance may be considered if the order has not started, the service cannot be delivered by FastNSafeStore, a duplicate payment occurred, the wrong product was purchased and no delivery work has started, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Any refund decision is subject to review. FastNSafeStore may deny refund or cancellation requests that involve completed delivery, customer delay, refusal to provide required delivery information after purchase, misuse, fraud risk, chargeback abuse, violation of game/platform rules, or policy abuse.
You agree to contact FastNSafeStore support before opening a payment dispute, bank dispute, card dispute, chargeback, crypto complaint, or provider claim. We may be able to resolve the issue through support, cancellation review, redelivery, replacement, or refunded balance.
If you open a false, abusive, or premature chargeback after receiving digital products, delivery work, account service, or support, FastNSafeStore may suspend your account, restrict future purchases, cancel pending orders, remove access to refunded balance, and provide order, chat, delivery, login, payment, and account evidence to payment providers or dispute processors.
FastNSafeStore may provide order chat, support tickets, staff messages, admin replies, uploaded images, and notification features. You agree to use these systems respectfully and only for order, delivery, account, payment, or support purposes.
You must not harass staff, send threats, spam messages, upload malicious content, share unrelated sensitive information, impersonate others, or use chat/support systems to abuse refund, review, cancellation, or payment processes.
You understand that game publishers, platform owners, console providers, launcher providers, and marketplace operators may have their own rules regarding virtual items, third-party services, game currency, account access, account progression, boosting, top-ups, or account transfers.
FastNSafeStore does not control publisher or platform decisions, enforcement actions, bans, restrictions, resets, suspensions, account reviews, policy changes, game updates, economy changes, or anti-cheat actions.
By ordering, you accept the risks associated with unofficial digital gaming services, including possible account restrictions, resets, suspensions, bans, item removal, currency adjustment, or other platform actions.
You may not use FastNSafeStore for fraud, unauthorized payments, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, account abuse, harassment, threats, spam, false information, exploitation of website bugs, attempts to bypass security, multiple account abuse, resale abuse, illegal activity, or violation of applicable laws or platform rules.
FastNSafeStore may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, abuse support, attempt fraud, create payment risk, misuse refunded balance, open false disputes, provide false order information, interfere with delivery, attack the website, or create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
Suspensions may be based on account information, order history, payment activity, device information, IP/device risk, user agent records, communication history, chargebacks, support abuse, or other security indicators.
FastNSafeStore owns or licenses the website layout, text, graphics, design elements, branding, service descriptions, internal systems, and original content created for the website.
Game names, logos, images, trademarks, platform names, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reproduce, or misuse FastNSafeStore content without permission.
We try to keep FastNSafeStore available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, products, payment methods, support systems, chat systems, refunded balance features, or delivery methods at any time.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, server issues, payment provider issues, game updates, platform restrictions, stock limitations, staff availability, security events, or force majeure events outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastNSafeStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of game account access, game restrictions, progress loss, item loss, currency adjustment, publisher enforcement actions, payment provider issues, chargeback fees, lost profits, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastNSafeStore's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
Your use of FastNSafeStore is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Order records, support messages, chat messages, cancellation reasons, payment status, refunded balance records, security logs, reviews, and account activity may be stored and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use of FastNSafeStore after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
